Dhanesh weaving’s manufacturing facility consists of highly computerized textile machines from high-end European manufacturers like Picanol, Somet’s Sulzer, Stuabli, and LGL.All the machines are serviced and maintained by original machine manufacturers giving the company a great edge to fully utilize the machines capability to its fullest and produce high quality fabrics.The machines are run in the manufacturing plants wherein the air is conditioned by a highly-advanced humidification system by Batliboi.The air humidity and the temperature is maintained at the optimum levels through computerized control systems giving the best out for efficiency and fabric qualities.The very fine fabrics consisting of finer thread counts and sensitive fibres such wool, modals, bamboo, and rayon run exceptionally well under our manufacturing setup, enabling Dhanesh Weaving to produce high-quality fashion fabrics.

Our current in-house manufacturing capacity amounts to six million meters per annum. And given our track record of a healthy growth rate and stability, we forecast a much higher output in the next few years.What’s more, our manufacturing setup has 3 units at 2 different locations:

• Tarapur MIDC
• Kalher Village, Thane

Our manufacturing facility is located close to the city in well-connected industrial areas like MIDC - Tarapur. And both setups are within 100 kilometres vicinity from the city and the airport.
